About the Role
As FSI Account Director, you will lead Arcfra’s engagement with
strategic accounts in the Financial Services Industry — including
banks, insurers, and capital markets firms. Financial institutions
have exacting requirements around resilience, security, and
regulatory compliance, and this role is about becoming a trusted
advisor who can navigate those complexities while driving new
business and expanding Arcfra’s footprint within the account. You
will own the full sales cycle, from account planning through to
close, working closely with pre-sales and partner teams.
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Growth

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic FSI accounts, driving both
new-logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

Build and execute account plans tailored to each institution’s
infrastructure modernization and regulatory priorities.

Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from qualification
through to contract close.
Executive Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders — IT
leadership, risk & compliance, and business heads — within
target institutions.

Position Arcfra as a trusted infrastructure partner capable of
meeting FSI-grade resilience and compliance requirements.
Solution & Proposal Development

Work with Solutions Engineering to design and present solutions
that address complex business and regulatory needs.

Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs, coordinating internal stakeholders and
partners to deliver competitive, compliant proposals.
Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration

Collaborate with systems integrators and channel partners active in
the FSI space to extend reach and delivery capability.

Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to bring
relevant FSI use cases and references to the table.
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

A qualified, well-mapped pipeline of FSI opportunities against quota.

Established senior relationships within key target financial
institutions.

At least one strategic FSI account won or meaningfully expanded.

A repeatable account-planning and proposal process for the FSI
segment.
Qualifications
-
10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience, with a strong track
record selling into banks, insurers, or capital markets firms.

Deep understanding of FSI regulatory, security, and resilience
requirements as they relate to IT infrastructure.

Strong interest in and understanding of Hyper-Converged
Infrastructure (HCI) and software-defined data center solutions.

Experience managing complex, long sales cycles with multiple
stakeholders and RFP/RFI processes.

Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation
skills at the executive level.

Must be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid
Singapore work pass.
Work Environment
This flexible role combines remote work and office presence, with
regular travel to customer sites. Close collaboration with
pre-sales, partners, and cross-functional teams is integral to
success.
