What We Expect
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Operations Executive to join our startup team in Singapore — someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making things happen.
This is a multi-functional role that combines administration, HR operations, finance coordination, and business support. As one of the early members of the Singapore office, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting both internal teams and external partners.

Office & Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Greet and assist visitors, arrange logistics for meetings and events.
  • Oversee general correspondence, office maintenance, and service providers.

Finance & Accounting Support

  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and accounting partners for payment, invoicing, and expense processes.
  • Support expense claims and petty cash management.
  • Assist in preparing simple financial reports or documentation for head office review.

HR Operations

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment, documents, accounts).
  • Maintain employee records and leave management (annual, medical, and other entitlements).
  • Coordinate employee engagement and team activities.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Assist in organizing local marketing and customer events.
  • Support the sales and business team with logistics, documentation, and administrative needs.
  • Prepare and maintain company materials, presentations, and reports as required.
We Wish You
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, office management or sales support (tech company experience a big plus).
  • Strong sense of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
