We are looking for a proactive and versatile
Operations Executive to join our startup team in
Singapore — someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and
enjoys making things happen.
This is a multi-functional role that combines
administration, HR operations, finance coordination, and business support.
As one of the early members of the Singapore office, you will play
a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting
both internal teams and external partners.
Office & Administration

Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies,
facilities, and vendor coordination.

Greet and assist visitors, arrange logistics for meetings and
events.

Oversee general correspondence, office maintenance, and service
providers.
Finance & Accounting Support

Coordinate with banks, vendors, and accounting partners for
payment, invoicing, and expense processes.
- Support expense claims and petty cash management.

Assist in preparing simple financial reports or documentation
for head office review.
HR Operations

Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment,
documents, accounts).

Maintain employee records and leave management (annual, medical,
and other entitlements).
- Coordinate employee engagement and team activities.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist in organizing local marketing and customer events.

Support the sales and business team with logistics,
documentation, and administrative needs.

Prepare and maintain company materials, presentations, and
reports as required.
