We are expecting
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic
Solution Architect
who will act as a trusted technical expert, assisting enterprise
customers and local partners in maximizing the value of Arcfra
products. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical
issues and ensuring customer success with our solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should be proactive,
self-motivated, possess strong hands-on experience, demonstrate
in-depth technical problem-solving skills, and have a willingness to
take on challenges.
- Create and deliver technical product presentations and training sessions to ensure that customers and partners fully understand the benefits of our solutions.
- Lead customer engagements, including Proof of Concept (POC) and RFx activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Arcfra cloud infrastructure and serve as a technical representative in the region.
- Install, support, and maintain Arcfra solutions during pre-sales POC deployments.
- Act as a focal point for product issue escalation and provide feedback to the Arcfra engineering team for product enhancements.
We wish you
- 10+ years of technical support or solution engineering experience in a high-tech environment with a proven track record of driving customer adoption of technology.
- Prior experience working at or with VMware, Nutanix, Citrix, Dell EMC, and Red Hat is an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), Virtualization, Storage, Networking, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to listen to customer pain points and develop suitable solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Ability to motivate, train, and conduct seminars with partners to drive Arcfra’s revenue growth in Japan.
- Flexible, independent, and passionate about new technologies.
- A highly trusted individual who upholds high standards for themselves and their team.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience preferred.
- Must be a Japanese citizen, a permanent resident, or possess a valid work permit in Japan.
- Native Japanese and business-fluent English proficiency required.
