We are expecting
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic
System Engineer who will act as a trusted advisor
to customers, guiding them through their transformational journey
with Arcfra's solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team to
establish Arcfra as an industry leader in Singapore.
- Utilize technical expertise and sales acumen to drive revenue growth.
- Create and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to partners and customers.
- Consult with prospective customers, conducting product capability assessments and validations.
- Install, support, and maintain Arcfra solutions during pre-sales POC deployments.
- Foster long-term business relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers.
We wish you
- 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience in a high-tech sales environment.
- Prior experience working at or with VMware, Nutanix, Citrix, Dell EMC, and Red Hat is an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge in HCI, Virtualization, Storage, Networking, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent hands-on and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to motivate, train, and conduct seminars with partners.
- Strong track record in maintaining customer relationships at all technical levels.
- Flexible, independent, and capable of quickly learning new technologies.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience preferred.
- Must be a Singapore citizen, a permanent resident, or possess a valid work permit in Singapore.
